These terms govern your use of makingachangecc.com (the “Site”), operated by Making A Change C&C LLC (“Making A Change,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. Coaching programs are governed by a separate Coaching Services Agreement signed at enrollment.

Educational information only

Content on the Site, including the loan officer licensing guide and the Elevation Scorecard, is for general educational purposes. It is not legal, tax, financial, investment, medical or licensing advice. Licensing requirements and fees are set by the NMLS and state regulators and change over time. Always confirm current requirements with them directly.

No guarantee of results

Making A Change provides personal and professional development coaching. Results depend on your effort and on factors outside our control. We make no guarantee of income, closings, production, licensure or any other outcome.

Intellectual property

The Making A Change name, the MAC monogram, the slogan “Stay M.A.C.’n,” the Five Pillars of Elevation, the Elevation Scorecard, the M.A.C. Oath and all Site content belong to Making A Change C&C LLC. You may download the free scorecard for your own personal use. You may not copy, resell, republish or teach our materials without written permission.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Site. That includes submitting false information, attempting to access systems without authorization, or interfering with the Site’s operation.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites such as the NMLS. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Making A Change is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
