When do programs start?
Our first programs and coaching sessions begin in January 2027. Enroll now to reserve your spot. Your training manual, tools and library unlock as soon as payment clears, so you can start preparing right away.
Which program is right for me?
The Elevation Sprint is for real estate agents ready to make the move to loan officer. The Change Challenge is for high-level sales pros and experienced loan officers. Legacy CEO is for team leaders, branch managers and owners. Not sure? Apply and we’ll recommend one on your call.
I’m not licensed yet. Can I join?
Yes. The Elevation Sprint is built for agents making the move, and our loan officer licensing guide walks you through the steps to your MLO license.
I’m busy. How much time does this take?
The daily standards are 30 minutes of mindset input, one skill hour, and a 30-minute workout four days a week. Your 1-hour 1:1 sessions are weekly in the Sprint and twice a week in the Change Challenge and Legacy CEO.
Do you guarantee I’ll make more money?
No, and be careful of anyone who does. We guarantee a clear standard, honest tracking and consistent coaching. Results depend on your effort.
What happens if I fall behind?
Clients average 4 out of 5 daily and send their scorecard every Friday. Miss two Fridays and you’re placed on probation while we get you back on standard.
How do I pay?
Card, Apple Pay, Cash App Pay, Klarna, Afterpay or Venmo. The Change Challenge and Legacy CEO can also be paid monthly: 2 × $1,000 for the Challenge, or $6,000 upfront then 6 × $1,000 for Legacy CEO. Program fees are non-refundable, and you may pause once for up to 30 days.
